You agree not to use BrowserFTP to:
• violate any applicable law or regulation;

• interfere with the security, stability, or normal operation of the platform;
• misuse storage, bandwidth, upload tools, or automation features in a harmful or abusive way;

5. Your content and server access
You remain responsible for the files, data, credentials, server access, and actions you choose to use with BrowserFTP. You confirm that you have the right to access and manage any server or file system connected through the service.
6. Saved connections and credentials
BrowserFTP may offer saved connection features for convenience. You are responsible for the information you store and for ensuring that connected servers are configured securely. We may take reasonable steps to protect stored data, but you should use BrowserFTP with appropriate caution and good security practices.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of BrowserFTP at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every browser, device, server, or environment.

9. Intellectual property
BrowserFTP, its design, branding, interface, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Authentic Software, except where otherwise stated. Using the service does not transfer ownership of the platform or its intellectual property to you.

BrowserFTP may rely on third-party tools, hosting, libraries, analytics, payment services, or infrastructure. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or independent terms of third-party providers.
11. Disclaimer
BrowserFTP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrowserFTP and Authentic Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, or access arising from or related to your use of the service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to BrowserFTP at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the service, created security risks, or caused operational harm.
